With so much happening in the world today, it's easy to become overwhelmed with it all. Stress can take a quick hold of a person and dig its way into the soul and never let go. How does one overcome the anxiety of the "what if's, the how to's and what about's" of the day? Is there relief?

Yes, find your passion. Find something that soothes your mind, body and soul, then let it soar! Heal your mind and your heart with something you enjoy doing - whether it's a walk in the woods, cooking your favorite meal or relaxing under a shade tree as you sip on your favorite cool refreshing drink. 

As a creative person, I enjoy painting. I'm not Van Gogh, but who cares? I make the time to heal my heart and mind with ART! It's not only fun, but rewarding and it is something I can control when there is so much around me that I cannot. It gives me great satisfaction to create something beautiful and share it with others. 

So, take a moment for yourself and do something you enjoy. Shake off the "worry and stress" and go to a place within yourself that brings you joy. You won't regret it!
