Artist Note: I had a lot of fun painting this bird. It reminded me of my days as director for children's educational theater. We would embellish larger than life size puppets with all kinds of decorative costume frill and lace to give each a particular look. I am not sure how many feather strokes I painted on this painting, but it was a lot! I hope you enjoy.
